This is an embarrassingly belated, but nonetheless sincere thank you for the transformation you have brought to our backyard. Although we are only partway through our plans, I do want you to know how much your hard work and dedication have meant to us. We could not have been more impressed with your professionalism, attention to detail, and your immediate response to any concerns of ours. You always gave advice that led to the best possible outcome. Your employees are a delight and skilled beyond our wildest expectations. Our patio and stone walls are a work of art – we are longing for spring to arrive, so we can make good use of the area-it looks so beautiful I fear we may need to replace what I know view as ugly, old furniture! The dry creek bed has helped channel the flooding down into the woods and looks amazing even when it is dry. By the way, thanks for adding the plants to give us a hint of what is yet to come. I can’t wait to talk about what to plant. Think dog-resistant….although the situation may be hopeless.
You should be quite proud of the business you have built. There are few that match you in timely completion of work, creativity, honesty, and dependability. I have no doubt that we made a wise choice in asking you to take charge of our landscaping needs. There may be bigger names in the area, but none of those come close to you as far as I am concerned-and we have dealt with most of them. When I walk the dogs around the neighborhood, I see the work others have done and I smile because ours looks so much better!
