Retaining Walls

Typically designed to retain soil in a sloped area, retaining walls are also often used as decorative planters. Once your account manager looks at your project area—factoring in the slope, drainage and any existing landscaping or hardscaping—they can help you decide on the best shape, dimensions and material.

The materials we use most often are timbers, stacked stone, brick, retaining wall block or veneer stone. We will help you choose materials that blend in well with your surrounding area.

“I can’t say enough great things about Independence. You recently built our beautiful stone retaining wall and patio for my hot tub and did a fantastic job. Your attention to detail was astounding.”
